Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Pacific Islands within 12 hours of placing your order Monday–Friday, subject to stock availability and any security checks.
Orders placed on weekends are processed and dispatched the following shipping day.
Our international orders arrive within 7-14 days of the order being placed.

International orders have a shipping and handling fee of $8.00

Order placed from within New Zealand have a shipping and handling fee of $5.00

Customs

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from our store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any goods seized by Customs is at the risk of the purchaser.

London Underground can't possibly know every law or changes in laws for every country in the world. The responsibility is yours. If you have any doubt please consult a local expert or your local customs. We don't take any responsibility if you get in trouble. Everyone needs to know their own countries law.

Billing

Please note that on your credit card statement you will be billed by NZ Imports & Exports Limited. To avoid confusion and possible charge-backs please keep this in mind.
