Dispatching

Orders are now shipped out of the Pacific Islands 3 times a week.  Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  Orders are dispatched from our warehouse the next shipping day, subject to stock availability and any security checks. Orders placed on weekends are processed and despatched the following shipping day.

Shipping

All orders have a shipping and handling fee of $8.00

Customs

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from our store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any goods seized by Customs is at the risk of the purchaser.

Billing

Please note that on your credit card statement you will be billed by NZ Imports & Exports Limited. To avoid confusion and possible charge-backs please keep this in mind.
