Terms and Conditions

We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and exchange or refund faulty items and cover the cost of return postage.

If you order the incorrect size we will do our best to exchange the item for the correct size, with return postage at the consumer's expense. This exchange is undertaken on the proviso that the item is still in a brand new condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if the item has been washed, stained (i.e. makeup) or smells of smoke/other odours.

We are not obligated to provide a refund or exchange for items where the consumer has changed their mind.
